Sweet Hot Mama Cocktail
A refreshing, delicious pineapple tequila cocktail that's everything nice and a little spice!

Equipment
1 shot glass
1 cocktail shaker
(a protein mix shaker works too!)
Ingredients
1/2
cup
pineapple juice
1/4
cup
seltzer water of your choice
1
shot
sweet and sour mix
1
shot
tequila
4-5
drops
hot sauce (I use Louisiana hot sauce)
1
slice
jalapeno
1
wedge
pineapple (for garnish)
a little sugar (for rim of glass)
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients (except jalapeno, pineapple and sugar) and shake well with ice (I like to use a protein shake mixer)
Pour a little water onto one plate and a little sugar onto another
Dip the rim of your glass in the water and twirl around a little; next, do the same with the sugar
Add ice to the glass then pour in the mixed liquid.
Garish with a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass and a slice of jalapeño in the drink. Enjoy!
