Spicy Air Popped Popcorn
A healthy alternative in the snack food realm, this easy spicy popcorn is perfect for any snack attack, movie night or sleepover party. Made using air-popped popcorn (in your microwave), a little olive oil and a spicy popcorn seasoning from Just Spices, it’s sure to become your new favorite snack!

Instructions
  1. Using a microwave popcorn bowl, insert the “power concentrator” disc into the bottom of the bowl (or follow whatever instructions required for your bowl).
  2. Pour 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil into the bottom of the bowl (on top of the disc)
  3. Put 1/3 cup whole kernel popcorn on top of the oil, making sure the kernels are spread evenly (they should do this naturally)
  4. Microwave for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, depending on your microwave (until all the popcorn is almost done popping – be careful not to let it burn in the middle)
  5. Remove from microwave and immediately remove the lid
  6. Add the popcorn seasoning and mix well – I like to add half the mixture while in the microwave bowl, then transfer it to a larger bowl and add the rest, so it’s easier to mix it up. Important – add the seasoning while the popcorn is still hot so it sticks to the popcorn better.
  7. If desired, add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp white sugar and mix.
  8. Enjoy!
