Cherry Lime Cookies
These cherry lime cookies are a delicious combination of sugar cookie, cherries and a hint of lime. They’re also dairy-free, egg-free, and no one will ever know! These are my ex’s favorite cookies (and he is automatically cynical of anything dairy-free).

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
  3. Cream the butter, sugar, lime juice and lime zest
  4. Add the flour, salt and almond milk; mix well.
  5. Form into approximately 1 1/2 inch balls, place each on cookie sheet, then flatten
  6. Form a “well” in the center of each cookie, being careful not to get the center too thin.
  7. Using a spoon, drop cherries into the “well” of each cookie
  8. Bake 15-17 minutes
  9. Let cool and enjoy!
